Ultimate Lifts Refund Policy   (All Paid Deposits are Final)

The following items are considered Non-Refundable and Refund Policy is in place once customer pay's deposit. 

 ALL Used Lift Deposits are Unrefundable once lift has been installed in the customer's slip/dock.
Any and all Used Parts installed by us, or sold by us. 
Used Control Unit's installed or purchased at Ultimate Lifts 
Lifts Pulled for Storage. 
Any and all leaks on repaired Lifts; Galvanized, Fiberglass, or Poly Tanks. 
Any Jobs that require Welding.
All Deposits are Final Once Installed, Repaired, or Relocated.
Reminder: Once Deposit Invoice has been paid via Square, Breezeworks, Quickbooks, Cash, Check or any other form of Legal Tender the customer is agreeing to
these terms and conitions set fourth by Ultimate Lifts

 Refunds On New Lifts will go through manufactures Refund Policy not Ultimate Lifts 
Refunds on New Firstmate Control Units go through Firstmates Refund Policy not Ultimate Lifts.
Ultimate Lifts will repair or exchange any NEW parts that we have installed and have failed due to manufactorer or installation error.
